Processing

All orders are hand-poured and packed with care at Manifest Magic Co.

Typical processing time is 1–5 business days before shipping. During major sales or holidays, please allow for additional processing time as we pour and ship each candle in small batches.

Once your order is placed, we’re unable to guarantee changes, but if you need help, please email us at labradormoonwi@gmail.com with as many details as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

Domestic Shipping

Once a package has been picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times will vary depending on shipping method and delivery destination.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your label is created. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48–72 hours to appear after the label is generated.

Once shipped, tracking and delivery are outside of our control. While we wish we could hand-deliver every order ourselves, we cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery dates are just estimates. We do our best to ship quickly, but once your order leaves our hands, delivery speed depends on the carrier.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are based on business days (Monday–Friday). For example, orders placed Thursday or Friday with UPS 2-Day shipping will typically arrive Monday or Tuesday.

International Orders

We currently ship only within the U.S.

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and delivery destination. Estimated international transit times will appear at checkout.

Exchanges + Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unburned, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns are not accepted based on scent preference or scent strength. Fragrance is highly personal and can be experienced differently depending on the person, fragrance oil, candle size, room size, airflow, temperature, and other environmental factors.

Candles and wax melts that have been burned, warmed, or otherwise used cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request a return, please email labradormoonwi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to process the refund.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged, visibly defective, or incorrect.

Email labradormoonwi@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue before using the product.

If an issue becomes apparent during the first burn, stop using the candle and contact us within 48 hours of discovering it. Photos or video may be requested so we can review the concern.

Differences in scent preference, perceived scent strength, or performance compared with a previous candle are not considered product defects on their own.

After reviewing the information provided, Manifest Magic Co. will determine the appropriate resolution.

Exceptions

The following items are final sale:

- Used, burned, or warmed candles and wax melts

- Custom-label or special-order products

- Products made with requested changes or additions to our standard formula

- Sale and clearance items

- Gift cards

- Discontinued collections

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
