Shipping & Return Info
Processing
All orders are hand-poured and packed with care at Manifest Magic Co.
Typical processing time is 1–5 business days before shipping. During major sales or holidays, please allow for additional processing time as we pour and ship each candle in small batches.
Once your order is placed, we’re unable to guarantee changes, but if you need help, please email us at labradormoonwi@gmail.com with as many details as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
Domestic Shipping
Once a package has been picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times will vary depending on shipping method and delivery destination.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your label is created. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48–72 hours to appear after the label is generated.
Once shipped, tracking and delivery are outside of our control. While we wish we could hand-deliver every order ourselves, we cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery dates are just estimates. We do our best to ship quickly, but once your order leaves our hands, delivery speed depends on the carrier.
Please keep in mind that delivery times are based on business days (Monday–Friday). For example, orders placed Thursday or Friday with UPS 2-Day shipping will typically arrive Monday or Tuesday.

International Orders
We currently ship only within the U.S.
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and delivery destination. Estimated international transit times will appear at checkout.
Exchanges + Returns
We want you to love your candle magic! If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is received.
To start a return or exchange, please email labradormoonwi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to complete the refund process.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We’ll review your message and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions
Sale items, clearance, gift cards, and discontinued collections are final sale.
Candles and wax melts may soften or melt in high heat during shipping. Please have orders delivered to a temperature-controlled location whenever possible. We are not responsible for heat-related melting once the package is delivered.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
